Been lashing rain all day. Went to see a film that isn't on until tomorrow! Tried to defrost a roll but forgot to press the defrost button so now I can bounce the roll off the wall! Glad it will soon be time for bed.

Reminds me when we drove our daughter to the airport. I asked numerous times had she checked the flight times. Yes yes yes...8 o/c...got to the airport and the flight was 8am not 8pm. clearly I failed at teaching her a 24hr clock.

Maybe I'm reading it wrongly, but I don't get how you can confuse 0800 and 2000.

I don't know how she did it either, dim but nice!!! The boarding pass said 8am. I'm guessing she didn't know what 'am' meant. She does now!!

I had a bad day yesterday too! Rain, then discovered I’ve lost our bus passes and EHIC Cards, lost my jewelry wrap over the weekend, Nothing expensive, but two pendants were gifts from the children, and all my different colors for different outfits), then the hairdryer fell off the bed onto my lower shin and left a huge bruise and I have a wedding to go to next weekend. Do you think it’s Brexit?
