Seems the dodging the ambulance theory may be a bit off.

// Do you know the actual difference between the balance of probability and a sure thing? //

o god you do make me laugh - I sure do
a balance of probabilities is certainly NOT - 2% - 98%

2:98 is ... beyond reasonable doubt - hahaha o god you are so funny......
How was Salih Khater able to gain immigrant status and British citizenship? His parents are reported to be "millet farmers" and he is credited with attending the Sudan University of Science and Technology. No information yet on whether that is plug wiring and light bulb changing, or how to wire up explosive devices. Has he worked at all since coming to the UK? Did he have a driving licence?(it is being reported that he had no insurance, but drove around London for hours whilst being watched on video cameras that can identify vehicles without legal documentation) Are all the highly qualified immigrants(architects, doctors, engineers etc. etc.) that we eagerly allow into the UK of the same calibre?
He was according to his parents "visiting" London to apply for a visa to visit Sudan, after fleeing as a refugee 8years ago. Strange that.

Interesting article- thanks Spath. The thread had gone very quiet and I'd forgotten about it.
There may still be more to this but at present it doesn't look a clear cut case of terrorism- although Trump has already declared it thus so maybe he has more info. of course the police may be playing a game to lull any allies or the driver into a false sense of security. or it may be MSM/Police/ liberal elite cover up. I think we need to wait a bit.
If he was simply driving to the embassy though where he was expecting to park?
