Space is full of rocks of all shapes & sizes, why are planets all orbit shaped ?

Gravity. Having enough mass for the gravity to make the body round is one of the definitions of a planet.
The bigger an object is the more gravity it has which pulls everything down towards the centre forming a spherical body.

An orbit is a curved trajectory. Not seen many planets shaped like that.

Planents tend to the sphere shaped because gravity "pulls" in all directions so the bits get deposited roughly equally.
