I paid a visit to my sisters' grave earlier today. She is buried just a few yards from Lee Rigby. I was surprised to see a tall man in combat gear wearing a green beret marching with a pace stick, stopping at Lee Rigbys' grave, stand to attention and saluted. He was a sergeant and had shoulder flashes of the Royal Marine Commandos. I waited till he was about to leave and went to shake his hand. I always shake hands with a Royal Marine but I told him I greatly admired his respect for Lee Rigby. He told me that Lee was his nephew and he comes every week to pay his respects. I thought it was very touching and admirable.
That is touching, 10C.....the murder of that lovely young lad was heartbreaking.....
If, as Togo says, you see him again let him know that his nephew is thought of often by many who didn't know him....xxx
Indeed NJ, yet some on here acted with incredulity and feigned shock when 4 of HM Forces were arrested last week for alleged membership of a proscribed organisation.
4 out of 160,000 yet when some of us attempted to explain the possible circumstances as to why we were accused of condoning their actions. Far from it, though your link will only inflame those of a similar mindset as the 4 arrested.
