Hi, hope someone can help please.
I currently do a lot of coaching, mentoring and people development in my job which sits outside of HR. I am interesting in getting into this properly but I'm not getting considered for any talent development or learning and development roles in HR in my company because I'm not CIPD-accredited.
I am considering starting a CIPD course this month but am not sure whether to do Level 3 (Foundation) or Level 5 (Intermediate)?
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

what prerequisites do both courses have? What requirements does the job you want have? Which one can you pass?
oh and assuming you want to stay with your current company, are you sure this will make a difference? Have you discussed this at your appraisal?
