I am looking to begin a career in HR. I have been working in finance for the last few years and previous to this i graduated from uni with a 2.1 ba hons degree. I have noticed that most HR roles require a CIPD. Where is the best place to study for this? Is it better that i self fund this and then look for work or look for a sponsor? I don't know where to look for entry level positions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I'm not certain that this link will help but, in case it does, I'll post it anyway. (It examines the various routes into HR careers):
