Was with the laughing Mexican doctor today and he has told me that my shoulder and collar bone have healed 100%.

Mind you I am still in a lot of pain but it is great to get good news as at the beginning of the accident - doctor had asked me if I wanted surgery re the shoulder to which I said no.

Hey good news that, jj. And no surgery required.
Hang on though, a laughing Mexican doctor ( does he wear a sombrero hat ).

Tony that would have suited him well. He is always smiling - lovely man.
Good to hear that your doc makes you happy, jj.

I won't be seeing him again - he is the fracture clinic doctor not my regular GP. Wish he was tho.
Well don't you be fracturing something just so you can see him again,jj
;-)
Question Author
Oh God - I truly wouldn't want any more fractures. The worst ones are the broken legs as the patients are in wheel chairs or struggling with those horrible crutches. breakage of legs definitely causes you to lose independence.
I was only joking jj, you just be careful. No more accidents !.
Good news JJ, be careful now :-)
if you're 100% healed, should you still be in pain, jj?
Sounds like the bones may have knitted but there's still something in the area that's not quite right. Hopefully just time to heal fully.
that's good..take care Conne xx
Question Author
I have other pain that contributes ie fibromyalgia etc. So yes I am in quite a lot pain but one does go on.
Good news JJ. Hope you can get some relief from pain.
I can't help thinking that "laughing Mexican" is an Oxymoron.
