Hi margo we are both well, i have a pork loin in the halogen cooking just now with salt pepper and honey.

Porky fillet Danny- it's a Slimming World recipe very easy and I do it in a wok(for some reason best known to myself) and add a dollop of creme fraiche at the last minute
