It starts off with someone from the "bomb squad" defusing a device in the footwell of a females car on a freeway in america, i think he asks what the females favourite colour is and then cuts that wire to defuse the device, its a kind of tom cruise/bruce willis type film from about 8-9 yrs ago, sorry about being so vague, thanx in advance
