Got up in the middle of the night to go to the loo. Walked into bathroom, realised I was standing on the scales in the dark instead of sitting on the loo!
As I said, should I be worried?

Have you gained or lost?
>>> should I be worried?

No.

Your actions should, instead, give you a 'sense of community'.

After all, it's the same type of stupid thing that everyone else around here does ;-)

Only if you peed on the scales !!!
Are they digital scales, much easier to read in the dark Caran.
Alternative answer:

>>> realised I was standing on the scales in the dark instead of sitting on the loo! As I said, should I be worried?

Only if you were still peeing anyway!

;-)
^^^ Beaten to it by Anne!
Chris......thats not something you say very often :-)
Standing on your scales in the dark could be advantageous:

"I've stepped onto my bathroom scales every night for months now, Doc, and I can honestly say that I've never seen any increase in my weight"

;-)
Nothing to worry about Caran, you were very tired I expect, not thinking clearly. Obviously been weighing on your mind....

No I didn't pee at all. Just felt silly when I realised what I was doing!
My grandfather was out walking in the countryside and went behind a wall to pee, gran woke him up when her back went cold.
