Eddie take your deer stalker off ....
I found the association earlier

Biccyloffer - Dear Sir and end Yours faithfully
and then at the bottom of the letter LH corner
Mgr,
DVLA
Swansea

otherwise your letter Bix will flap in the breeze and look as tho it is addressed to no one

Biccy has a hub who is worried about the Estemann test

either it is the one who has had his licence revoked ( Allen )
or Allen and Biccys husband should be comparing notes on how to get over this shared problem
but surely they know each other from before ?

Thanks for all your replies, my oh has got very good eyesight, the problem was a stroke which he has recovered from very well and we feel he is ready to go back on the road, he passed the first part of a driving assessment but needs a licence for the second part so he can be taken on the road.
Wish you both well Biccylova.
So has he passed the DVLA eyesight test that you asked us about on the 16th August then and now there is another problem over a stroke?
The question was how to address a letter to the DVLA - full stop and nothing more.
Eddie is like a bulldog with a bone Dave.
Agree Mamya - have noticed that with his attempts to prove his points of misinterpretations on Brexit matters.

Thank you all for your replies, yes I did ask about the Estermann test, oh took it and passed with flying colours, the driving assessment people asked him to get it done and we have to send a copy of that with form D1 and a Doctors letter to the DVLA and hope they are not too long winded about it.
Hope you get a speedy response, let us know.
