Morning Big mamma how are you and hows your lab doing I had to have my lovely labrador put to sleep 4 weeks ago .Broke my heart but he is still everywhere he was so intellegent but he had a good long life.

Aww wendi, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. The first dog in my life was a lab. Lovely, soft, bouncy, daft and clever. Still miss him. (I was 2 when folks got him)

Thanks yes I miss him terrible.Problem is I have a Hannes Macaw and she shouts his name and tells him to go and wee wees. But I have noticed this week she is not saying it so much so I am hoping as she is not hearing his name she might forget.

For some reason Argos seem to want to sell me things. Interesting given I am a bloke who like all guys are only allowed to by petrol, beer and Hi Fi/Computers when occasionally required.

I do get the joy of paying bils however the most annoying of which is the TV licence!

Why can't we pay them with last year's cheque when they keep showing us repeats?

I was born without the shopping gene. Can't understand the need to go window shopping etc.

What particularly annoys me about the TV licence is why am I paying for local radio.

Drive across the UK and you will get 20 BBC stations all talking drivel with a local accent.

Its hardly great value for money.

The BBC's other great thingg is advertising in the Guardian jobs at the Beeb as if TV people don't know they exist. Its apparently about £3m a year in subsidy, strangely enough they don't do it in the Times or that other quality Murdoch publication The Sun!
