My girlfriend has booked a holiday to lanzarote, and is flying out on the 24march, but good old ryanair have decided that in order for her to print her boarding cards she has to either wait til the 22 march, or pay an extra cost for the privelage!!

Can she not print them on 22nd? Or could she print them in the airport?

yes she can print them on the 22nd, but thats not the point, its ryanair greed thats got my goat!!
Ryanair are not the only airline that operates this policy.
That`s how they can charge you 10p for your flight - by making up the difference in other areas. Otherwise they would never cover the cost of the aircraft.

What gets my goat is the price airlines charge for telephone calls if you have problems.
I didn't even know he had a goat!
Try putting their number(s) into something like 'Say no to 0870', Gav.
We all have to do it Piggy.

I actually made spelling errors on my boarding pass. Ryanair corrected it FOC and emailed me a new one. Printed off the new one and spilt a drink on it so it wouldn't scan when I got to the airport. They corrected this FOC.
I faxed Ryanair to say MrG hadn't made the flight last month because he'd died......refund of fare immediately into my bank....they needn't have done so but it saved me dealing with the grumpy travel insurance man.......♣
I love Ryanair (and easyjet) - for a few quid each way I can guarantee an exit row seat - which is essential when you are my height. It also gets me on the plane first & my cabin bag a guaranteed space.

Try doing that with 'full service' airlines - it often comes down to 'who you know', rather than a straightforward and honest charge.
I am flying out with Ryanair on the 20th of March I printed my boarding passes on the 15th of March with no problem. You can print your boarding passes 7 days before flying. I was also able to print my return passes as well.
Booked my seats and priority boarding as well I wonder If that makes a difference.
Has she tried to book?

You can`t do long haul low cost. It didn`t work for Laker and it won`t work for Ryanair. People want comfort on long haul and that doesn`t come cheap.
