Bt Digital Voice

Has anybody had any problems with BT not been able to connect Digital Voice to a Full Fibre 500 broadband line which was installed and working since the 9th May 2023.

When I create an event in Google calendar to occur between 02:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs the time changes to 12 hours later i.e. 02:00 changes to 14:00 but 01:59 stays as 01:59. Any ideas why? keithg...
