I just had an email from Hattersley's with new sports equipment for the new term. It seems like they only just broke up.

seem to recall Chris Evans wittering on about the fact that in Scotland they've already gone back. Local schools (London) reopen w/c 3 September.

Tescos had back to school stuff in before they'd even broken up (and talking of that, the Card Fectory has festoons of Christmas cards already, that's appalling, I haven't had my summer holiday yet!)
