What part?

If it's only adobe reader, why would you want to? You can't read PDF files if you do

Adobe are a huge software company with hundreds of employees.

Why on earth would you want to get rid of them?

And what about all the people you would put out of a job.

uninstall and if you do need to read PDFs - download foxit reader http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php
its 2.5 Nb as opposed to the 77Mb adobe requires - can anyone think of a better reason?

Seconded ACtT.

Foxit is so much better than Adobe Reader.

Or perhaps the OP meant Shockwave, Flash Player, Photoshop or.................

Go to Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programmes.
Locate it and chose Remove
