I had an email (BT Broadband) with an Adobe attachment that i can't open in Mozilla - I can never open Adobe in Mozilla. So I tried opening with Windows Internet Explorer and got the same error come up. It says:

'Runtime error Programme: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\AcroRd 32.exe

The application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way'.

This happens with both Mozilla and Internet Explorer. Should I delete Adobe Reader in my Uninstail windows (I have Windows 7). I have these in the Uninstall list:

Adobe Air
Adobe Flashplayer 10 Activex
Adobe Flashplayer 10 Plug in
Adobe Reader 9.1 MUI

And then install again ? I can never install Adobe with Mozilla but thought it would work with Internet Explorer. NOT technical so laymens terms please, thanks all.

Try downloading the FREE program "FOXIT" (Google for it) and see if that will open the Adobe attachment.
If I understand your question correctly, the Adobe attachment should end with .PDF?
Does it?
