I have a fax template (.dot) created for me by a software writer some years ago. It has a logo and my address & phone details etc. I have moved premises and can't contact the original writer.
I was wondering if it was possible to learn to redo this myself?
Any help out there?

open the template, make your changes and save as new...
sorry if being to obvious tbut if not then go to file, open, ensure 'files of type' is 'Document Templates' and select yours. Make your changes and save again - all should be well.

Thanks Riskman, but I can't do that.
However I have been experimenting with text boxes and have found that I can drop a new text box over the old address and by adding my new address etc it seems to work by covering the old one.
