Well I am currently putting together a newsletter. I have used a Word template that I quite liked and it seems to do the job perfectly. Apart from........

I need to duplicate the second page of the template (else I am going to just run out of space). No matter what I do in terms of copying, pasting etc, I just cannot get it to reproduce the second page. Any ideas, please?

I have managed to insert a page break and paste the second page in, but page number 3 is superimposed on top of it and try as I might I cant delete all the elements.

If it helps, the template I am using is the office.com template called "Weathered book design - 4 pages".

Barmaid, did you have an 'office' suite on your computer when you got it? If so Publisher will be in programs > microsoft office
Publisher is what it implies - for devising print and image layouts easily. It takes a little getting used to but you won't regret the ease with which you can make a nice-looking newsletter.

nb if you succeed in making your newsletter in publisher, make a pdf file of the final version for emailing etc.

Yeah I bought Microsoft Office 2010, just checked and I've got everything - apart from Publisher. Grrrrrr.

That newsletter is pretty impressive Mosaic, and kind of what I wanted to do.

save as .doc or docx
re open newly saved document.
see the pic of my inserted page in the link
go to page 2 and insert a page break
select all items on the page you want to duplicate and paste into your new page
I do this all the time and have just done it with the same template youre using and its works fine.
