i have a message come up on my Samsug Galaxy J3 Mobile phone
storage almost full,
have no idea what to do,

by the way how do i back up the phone, as keep getting message to do it - does anyone know

The Internet explains all the options better than me. Samsung has its own way to back up to PC using a cable and Samsung Switch. It's an Android so will back up easily to Google Drive. Just Google 'back up Samsung J3' and watch a YouTube video or open the websites. It is easy once you know how.

bought and installed Sd card, however for what its worth the messages keep coming up about storage almost full.

i thought that by buying the sd card that would tack on to the storage that i have left, that seems not the case. what am i doing wrong.
