Can't be a password issue as the posts go ok which they wouldn't if the password was wrong. In fact they can post twice. This is driving me nuts. I'll have to use a different browser until it's fixed.

Chrome seems to have an issue too. Just logged in and it said it didn't receive any data, but using the back button it has logged me, so something has to be lying.
de ja vu All over again LOL
thats a terrible stutter you have there Bernie - maybe revisiting the settings in Kaspersky might help
I'm not seeing an answer, just suggestions that Kaspersky may be involved somehow. If other sites are unaffected it still suggests something on the site is triggering it.
Edge is just as bad, so if can't be browser related. Maybe the AV is involved but I'm fed up of having to look at AV issues. Admittedly the last time was a while ago but unless the exact cause is known I may as well stay away until tomorrow. (Or use my mobile (Android) which seems to be as ok as it ever is.) Don't need more stress in my life to be honest. As I age things become less tolerable :-( Cheers.
The problem appears to be a recent update to Kaspersky working on that one because disabling protection does not resolve the problem
Uninstalled my current version of Kaspersky and installed 2016 version and all ok. Doing the update now will let you know the outcome

Been getting similar all week. I started a thread on it. I un installed chrome and reinstalled it. No joy. My son reckons it is the site not the computer. Everything else works OK i.e. other sites.
Updates to Kaspersky done and problem returned

Defo to do with site I reckon can't do no more my end
The only way I can get to log in without problems is in Protection to disable
Private Browsing
Web Anti Virus
Anti Banner
Safe Money
If any of these are active problem returns
Who's problem Kaspersky or Answerbank ?
Both. Mismatch. Site has something Kaspersky won't trust. Other sites do not. Other AVs don't care.
