Stereo cleaning

I've had my stereo for about 3 or 4 years and recently it's not been playing my CDs properly. I've tried one of those cleaning CD things but the tracks are still skipping all the time. I took the back of it off and realised it's covered in dust. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the stereo itself, it's just the dust that's causing the problem. I've cleaned what I can but there's a lot of places I can't reach, and I don't want to take it apart because I'd never be able to get it back together! Is there anywhere I can get it professionally cleaned? I don't know if Dixons or Curry's provide a service for this, maybe even PC World. Any ideas?! Cheers!
