I like cashews too, and pistachio. The Chinese see walnuts as being good for the brain, after all they look like mini-brains.
As to food, lobster, properly hung steak and duck, along with mash. Oh and cucumbers and cherry toms for other veg, perhaps French beans too.
Fruit - raspberries - love Pavlovas.
Wines: a Ch Pierre, Vicars Choice from NZ and either Tokaji 6 Puttonyos or a D'Yqem - good vintages naturally
And any cheese though I have my favs. Vacherin, Cashel/Fourme D'Ambert. Marcellin or cendre or some of the Spanish 'bries.'
