Like account numbers, pin numbers, NI number birthdays etc etc but 3 times today went upstairs and couldn't remember what for. There is no hope for me.

At least you made it upstairs, sometimes I stop on the stairs and can't remember If I was going up or coming down.

Guidance for Vulcan42:

If you're in the middle of the stairs, and breathing lightly, you were going down.

If you're in the middle of the stairs, and breathing heavily, you were going up.

If you're in the middle of the stairs and breathing very heavily, you were going upstairs in a desperate rush to get to the loo before you had a nasty accident. Hurry up!
