Can anyone tell me how i can put music files onto my phone, normally when you plug in a phone or memory stick into a computer it will show "removable disc" icon in my computer. My computer is not showing this. I have also downloaded Samsung Kies, the program to move files between phone and computer but it will not work. I hope all this makes some sort of sense. Any help would be appreciated.

Best check your PC has the correct drivers for your phone from the Samsung site

It should show as a removable drive when you plug it in, are you sure you've got a data cable, and not just a charging cable? and have you tried it on another computer?

When you plug your galaxy into pc, the usb screen pops up on phone, you have to press connect on your fone first then your pc will recognise it
