Windows media player on vista

Hi there.. We have Windows vista and the media player keeps jumpng when a song gets to the same part. its not the songs, because they dnt all do it, and i copied the songs to disc and they dnt jump then. im not sure whether to delete it or not. Or get another version of it. Thing is i like media player.. but annoyed at this. Anyone point me in the right direction.

Bad news:

It IS the song.

Proberbly corrupted when you ripped the CD into the library, or you downloaded a corrupted file from a P2P file sharing network.

Try downloading it again. If you RIPPED the CD, then you could try doing it again, but if it happens again i'd say it was a problem with the disk. Try cleaning it..if that doesnt work then its not going to.
