sample music on windows media player (vista)

I simply cannot get rid of the sample music listings in my windows media player library. I have went into c:\users\public\public pictures\sample pictures - and tried to get rid/delete file and STILL it appears! AARRGG! Any help appreciated.

Why would you expect to find music in a pictures folder?

Sorry I meant sample music - I also tried to get rid of the sample pictures as well. They are still there as well.
