Last night was the first in a while I didn't take prescription codine to be able to get comfy to sleep so that was really nice :)

Asked my rhumatology nurse and she said it could well be the arthritis causing it esp as I had a chest infection a while back. Got some herbal anti-inflammatories too to try that Scarlett recommended to me.

The cute boiler man at work cheered me up yesterday though ;)

Have no plans as such for the weekend and it's staying that way :)
