Gordons is much nicer, anyway!
Why would he give you any ?
why, what's happened to your vodka Sall?
Always considered vodka to be a waste of time and money - give me something with some taste!

Haven't you been listening to the news bobbs?
Perhaps I should shut up, some on here will just think I'm being flippant or cruel.
Boston, Lincs: Severe fire, 5 presumed migrants killed, 1 seriously burned. Apparently (I stress apparently) they were involved in distilling vodka in a lock-up on an industrial estate. I smelt the smoke myself last night, thought the neighbour had another bonfire.
arh yes I did see that salla..shhhh!
LOLOL
I gave up drinking Vodka 3 years ago as it started to make me cough cos it stripped the lining of my aesophogus (sp), Bacardi doesn't do that luckily.

Bugger - in trouble again......... ;-(
have they given out more info then? last i saw it was a possible distillary, but not confirmed and they hadnt given details of those killed. Either way, a horrible way to die, and not a nice job for the emergency services involved
just the locals saying they were immigrants in there red :-(
You are being flippant and cruel ;)
Question Author
I think it has long been 'rumoured' that this sort of thing was going on.
I agree red, an awful way to die. I hope it was mercifully quick for those in there, and I do feel sorry for our firemen - it must have been a dreadful sight.
sad, whoever they were.
5 killed, yes, whoever they were it is so sad for their families
Home made distilleries are very dangerous things, if you play with fire you face the consequences.

Still very sad.
Couple of Christmases ago there was no medium sized gin bottles to be had anywhere of any make. I asked a man at my local supermarket who told me there had been a fire at the factory and they were waiting for them to make more supplies.
Which only goes to prove that its all the same stuff just in different bottles
and who are we to doubt the man at the local supermarket!!
Question Author
I've had home-made gin or vodka before - do they call it potain or something? Made from potatoes. We were given it by mistake in a wine bar in Otley - they picked up the moonshine bottle rather than the 'real' one. Was the best I'd ever tasted. We were in Otley for some conference or other - we never did make it, spent most of the next day in our hotel room (bed) recovering.
Question Author
potoin or poteen - that's right.
Oh Lordy, lordy.
Potchine or something equally as vile salla, I cleaned my rings in it
