Is it better to breast feed than to bottle feed and I only ask this as my wife is soon to give birth and I would much rather take your advise than the doctors as you are all so wise and know everything on this channel of religion and spirits.

Maybe. but mine were stuck on my chest to annoy me.I can't bear anything near them or touching them
Oh dear...
tastymorsel; you don't sound very tasty.
Tasty - what did your God give you breasts for?
They should drop off when they have outlived their usefulness. After all your ovaries do the decent thing when you are no longer fertile so why cant the bloody things that require a horses hammock to keep them up do the same thing
Oh dear you sound angry, do your breasts cause you pain? See a doctor.
LOL at Tastymorsel. But seriously breast may be best but it's not always possible and don't let your wife be made to feel wrong if she doesn't want to do it - These days nurses can be very bullying!!

Good luck to you both.
And the bottle fed babies I have known during my reasonably long life have all grown up to be healthy adults with no problems, including my own.
The OP is suspended btw...
Oh! I wonder why? Obviously not for this question.
Yes Lottie.I was mercilessly bullied about not breast feeding, dont have any pain there just cant bear anything touching them. feel nauseaus just talking about it. Am perfectly aware why they are there but thank GFod for formula
"God"
I was bottle-fed because my Mum couldn't breast feed. I am a perfectly normal (kinda), healthy and intelligent 35 year old. I guess you just do what suits you best.
Too much advice given to new mothers in my opinion. They should do what comes naturally to them and as long as babies are cuddled close when feeding then that is what is most important. My own baby would have probably been better with a spoon from birth, he didn't enjoy sucking breast or bottle!! Babes and Mums are all different.
Breast feeding can be extremely painful in the beginning. I don't blame women for giving up. My nipples were so cracked that they'd be sucking blood as well as milk.

It's stubbornness that made me persevere...
Boxtops.I know.But uughhh.No need any more.
Khandro are you AKA Hank Muffing ???
Boxy, from Ummmm //The OP is suspended btw... //

Now do you get my drift? ;o)

Lottie, //Too much advice given to new mothers in my opinion.//

I agree entirely – and when it comes from the man who wrote the Koran it’s even worse.

Tastymorsel, perhaps you should have asked the God who’s never let you down to sort your boobs out.
Naomi ./////Keyplus, Actually, if you think about it, your link, which appears to claim that western science bears out the wisdom of the Koran, would be quite funny – if it wasn’t blatantly misogynistic. Breast milk was the only food available for babies 1500 years ago - mothers could hardly nip down to Tesco for a box of Cow & Gate -////

Only for the sake of opposing few people forget that Cows, goats, camels etc were still around 1500 years ago. Even to this day not everyone heads towards Tesco etc. But then again if someone has decided that he/she is here to oppose a specific person then wisdom goes out of the window and arrogance takes over. it is mentality thing.

Poor fella, he only asked a simple question.
Yes it's definitely better-especially if your wife does it!!
