PP he was intending to give it to a Chiridee auction.

Treated like any other person would have been. Can't find fault with that.

He probably won't be back.

Being "famous" doesn't put you above the law.  Contraband is contraband, even if you're wearing it. 

I suppose the charity in quetion ends up being the German economy.
