we get on great together, its been about six week. The problem? I guess its my problem really. Most of his mates and his 3 best mates, are all female...
He tells me I have nothing to worry about, they are just mates, they all know about me. Its just my insecurities I guess.. I have yet to meet them.
Would this worry anybody else...?

It actually doesn't matter what we think...if it worries you then he's not the one for you.

Really, Woofgang? Thats interesting. Even though its my issue. I think I would feel this way with anybody.
I agree with woofgang, if you feel uneasy about this situation and feel it may cause issues, talk to him and explain your feelings, if that does not resolve the issue then this guy is not for you.
Sorry Amber if you don't trust your guy there's no hope
It wouldn't worry me at all, but if it worries you then it's a problem. You've only been together six weeks - you sound like you have some insecurities. Are these old girlfriends, or just girl friends?
6 weeks is really early to make plans for the future.

Hi Boxtops they are friends not exes. Pizza i struggle to trust anybody :(
I admit that it is a situation that I would not be very happy about myself, we are all different.
Can is suggest that until you can resolve your own trust issues, then any relationship has two strikes against it already. Have you tried counselling?
Wait until you've met them.
I've just looked back at some of your earlier threads and I can see why your trust levels are low - but you have to give this guy a chance. Some men are very comfortable in female company. Me, I like male company, it doesn't mean I'm jumping them at every opportunity. Opposite sexes can be good friends.
Look at the positive side - amongst all these best mates, it's YOU he's chosen, so you're obviously SPECIAL to him.
Have you seen the film 'When Harry Met Sally'?
Most of my 'mates' are female. It bothered my wife when I was always talking about them until she met them. Most became her mates as well. Wait until you meet them, I reckon they will want to be your friends too.
Hi Amber and like others have said it's early days you get on great and he has best mates just enjoy the relationship and enjoy meeting your guys mates.
All the best Amber x

thank you for your comments. I am going to give this guy a chance, as boxtops has said. I know my issues are my issues, counselling didn't help to be honest, but I like this guy so I am hoping he doesn't let me down. x
