Sadly it only applies to Asian born offenders.

We cant do much about the ones born here (sadly).

Yet again another example why letting so many Asians in was a big mistake.
Cue howls of protest from ooman rights lawyers. 'Family life' entitlements and all that.
Yes that is indeed good news. Let's hope it's implemented.
for now perhaps AOG but wait for the Yuman writes mob to get hold of it...

If I am interpreting your comment correctly, you put forward the notion that 'letting in so many Asians' has led to this terrible situation.

Where do you stand on the crimes committed by British citizens who are not 'let in'?

Is a crime worse because it is committed by an immigrant?

When I did jury service in the 80's an Asian defendant was found guilty of attempted rape. He got 2yrs and was deported at the end of sentence. So, I don't think anything has changed within the law, only that politicians are after cheap headlines.
Of course it has Pied.
From link > Human rights campaigners have criticised the extended powers used by the Home Secretary to withdraw British citizenship and enforce deportations as a form of “medieval exile”.

Give me strength, it's them who are in the Dark Ages.
If knowing they will be deported isn't a deterrent then nothing will and they forfeit the right to a family life as they knew the consequences.
Why just Asians, what about the rest given UK Citizenship?
including the ones who have always been UK citizens - send them to Rockall or Greenland; there are also some nice Russian prisons in Spitzbergen and Putin's jerks need the forex.

If I may comment?

I was wondering how long it would be before that old chestnut was wheeled out once again'

But to answer, we have enough of our own, so it doesn't help to let in more, especially from countries who have more experience in such matters.
What these people did is not 'human', they don't deserve any rights.
They are following what their prophet did, marrying a 7 year old, but refraining from having sex with her till she was 9. What a man!
Some of the ISIS pillocks have now stated that all girls will be married by the age of 9 and will never leave their houses.
This is how Islam thinks it treats it's women:

We all know the truth though, don't we?
trt - it should go for everyone. I think the grooming gangs are just being used as an example.

DT...we know people born here can't be deported so it's pointless even thinking about it.
Good news, indeed, aog. It would be most odd if anyone thought otherwise.
It didn't take too long for it to be wheeled out did it aog ??
It is good news. Let's hope it's acted upon.

That's disgusting, how could you suggest such a thing? But that's not all bad, pleased to see you didn't suggest castration as well.
naomi - your post was almost the same as mine at 11:01, I just used a bigger word !!
