The shop at my work has 4 main things on offer in the morning. 1. Scones 2. Sauages in a bun 3. Pancakes 4. Donuts. What's teh pros and cons of each of them i.e. in terms of healthy ness , energy etc etc.

If it's for breakie, it's all pretty unhealthy you'd be better with cereal and some toast but from what you are offered I would say from healthy to unhealthy 1,3,4,2 and I would say that the sausages would probably give you the most energy because of the carbohydrate in the bun - I'm certainly no expert though!
