I really don't know if you can.Sorry I'm just having another little cry,could be I am tired due to lack of sleep,lets just see what happens in a few hours when the said person (who said some pretty nasty things to me (drunk) )wakes up.

I see the problem fred. That shouldn't happen. You must sit this person down and tell them how hurt you are by their words. You may well find that they do not remember if they were drunk. But that is no excuse.

Said drunk person wont remember what they said and will probably swear blind you 'made it up'. Put it behind you and dont take it to heart, carry on as normal.

Fredkins you have got to stay strong & help him to beat this, try not to make him feel guilty as that will be an excuse to drink more. He will know what he's done & beat himself up. Stay cheerful with whatever makes you happy, walk/music/read anything for distraction.
