Just going to catch up on your postings.

Have had my bone density results. Lumbar spine improved by 5%. Left hip deteriorated by 16%. Keep taking Calcium tablets, no need yet for the strong thingies, next test in 3 years.

Could be worse!! Wondering why my left hip is worse than the right. It is the left hip that aches all the time.

Right I will get reading!!

I have corrected that, neti, I thought it was the Ibiza one but didn't realise there were two Ibiza ones. I just copied the list off someone else's previous emails, but I try to keep it up to date.

Dentist is optimistic I can have two new teeth by Christmas - no obvious obstacles, and there are proper teeth above them so I could soon be eating normally on the left side. Right side may take a bit longer but there's no rush; one side will do fine for a start. And I can just pay a bit at a time, which is a relief since the implants will be made of unobtainium available only from distant planets with blue people on them.
