Easier way to put on a Wonderbra Strapless Bra?

I bought a Wonderbra strapless bra and it's lovely. The shop assistant advised me to have someone help me put it on to 'do it up' at the back while I adjusted things at the front, which was fine as my daughter was on hand on the day I wore it to assist me. I wearing a dress next week which will require me to wear the bra again but there will be no one at hand to help me put it on! Is there and easy way of putting one of these on? I've tried fastening it at the front then pulling it round to the back but as it's all kinda 'rubbery' in the inside it makes this impossible. Help!

Lol never thought of that! And while I'm sure that would be very nice, I'm trying to find out if it's at all possible to get one of these damn things on without having someone to hand :) x

Fasten it at the front.

Fold it down, so the smooth outside fabric is against your skin.

Pull it round.

Pull it up.

I'm really sorry, you're going to have to sleep in it from now until next week.... ;-)

No, I do sympathise - I have limited mobility at the moment in my upper arms and sometimes the only way I can get a bra on is to do it up at front and swing it round, but - as you say - it certainly doesn't work with all bras. Have you tried putting some talc on your body to help it slide round?

It's not always that easy.

I do the "twist" thing, too.

Or fasten it behind my stomach, where it's easier to reach, and then shuffle it up.

Joggerjayne, sounds like a good idea and will definitely try that and the talc approach to Boxtops. Bednobs I have tried to reach behind me and do it but trying to get the hooks to fasten is very difficult as it's so tight - it's like being on the Krypton Factor!
