THEY’RE BANGIN ON DA DOORS!

(Whos dat den)

Zombies???
I actually wish Halloween was a bigger deal in the UK as I really like it as an occasion. I also really enjoy November 5th, which we shall also be celebrating. I love this time of year! If I were in charge we would import Day of the Dead too.

Spath: yep,the play. I saw it before when I was a teenager, but my partner hasn't so it shall be a spooky treat for him :)
I find that a little sad, Baldric....you said you'll have a glass in one hand and the remote in the other to turn up if a trick or treater knocks on your door...
I have a hall of fun and a bottle of red open for the parents who stop for a natter and a little tot.....wouldn't your ladies enjoy doing that and joining in with a bit of fun?..x
I refer you to the thread about the Suffolk Gazette. Sums up my attitude perfectly.

/// Baldric....you said you'll have a glass in one hand and the remote in the other to turn up if a trick or treater knocks on your door ///

Don't recall saying that gness, perhaps you can remind me?
I think gness you will find I said that not baldric x
You like halloween that's good we don't tho... every one to their choices enjoy all your little visitors tonight xx
There are no children in the hamlet in which I live. And even if there were Mr Bm would have scoffed all the goodies by now.

gness, have a look back to 11:53 on page 1
I have some fun sized bars of chocolate, in case anybody comes to our door.
7 foot wrought iron gates work very well this time of year :-)
Doing it as we speak
:-) This is a traditionally ghostly neighbourhood so all fine ...
Thank you Banana and Baldric and apologies......it's all these poppies and lousy eyesight......and both beginning with Ba...... ;-)

So....you'll be opening your door then with the free hand, Baldric?..x

Just had my first little one....no second lot of little ones.....they looked fantastic.....bliss.... :-)
And before anyone gets cheeky I'm assuming Baldric has a G&T in his not free hand......!

Accepted gness, no problem,
As you know Mrs B is in KCH in Camberwell, I did say to the Girls that if they wanted to partake it was up to them, no objection from me, they just looked at each other, shuddered and unanimously said "No thanks"
So far three &%$*& bell rings at the door. They can thank their lucky stars I opt not to answer rather than go tell them what they should do with their damnable pestering !

No G & T tonight, am away early for that there London in the morning ;o)
A picture of Gness's ghoulies ...

Are the allowed, I mean medically, I think???
True this. I live in a square where we are the only house, next to a church and the graveyard.
Halloween heaven for those that like to frighten themselves.
I usually get sweets in, in case someone turns up, but I'm not doing it this year. I've turned the doorbell off. Call me miserable if you like. I just can't be bothered with going up and down the stairs all evening.
