just back from the swimming baths,doing my exercises,walking and a little swim,there for 45 mins.i was exhausted.i haven't been for a long time.i feel great now,going to try and go twice a week now

boo, you would of loved to have joined me yesterday, 2 hours in the gym and then running round for an hour&half in the dark looking for an escaped dog.
