Don't you feel a little dim at times.....

I am reading...or have been trying to....Follett's World Without End...but it's a huge book...far too big for my small hands and wouldn't stay open so I could read and knit at the same time.....it was slow and heavy going....

Then Dave said....turn it into two books.....cut it in half....bind the spines and it'll be easy....

So I did and it is bliss......as long as I don't lose the secong half before I finish the first...

Can't believe I didn't think of doing that...... :-(

I read this book and found it hard going, but persevered. Later on I read it in Spanish (Un Mundo Sin Fin) and it was equally long and laborious.

I tend to stick with non fiction these days.

Been on my shelf for ages, NoM.......Pillars of the Earth was a wonderful read and it shouldn't have taken so long to get around to this one.....so far...brilliant...x
