It would depend on your area and relevant conditions, I have had post today.
What a lovely typo, I have an image of letters fluttering in the breeze to our homes.......
did you mean distributed as opposed to disturbed.. only that ours is sporadic at the best of times..

ok guys take the p;;s,lol
The delivery office where I work (in the industrial West Midlands) mounted a full delivery service today . It was actually quite a light day , indicating that a lot of stuff has not come through because of the weather .We delivered all the mail that came in (except for Schools and other places which were closed ).
it's a nice way to look at it though, i am convinced my post comes by the stork that brings those cute babies..
We had some post delivered last Thursday but not seen anything since. But then our neighbourhood is pretty difficult to navigate having had nearly 14 inches of snow in total now. I think it will depend entirely on where you ar eand the number of four wheel drived vehicles available to your postie. If he/she usually travels on a bicycle for example, you'll be lucky to see anyone for a week or so yet!
whilst we are in the capital, and still get neighbours post, and they often get ours, worrying..
Rain, snow or shine our postie never misses an opportunity to be late or not deliver at all.
brilliant ^^
Maidup I don't think that will be the case (unless you live in an isolated rural location where the roads are snowed up) . We are working normally and if you haven't received anything for a while it could be that the weather has disrupted the companies posting the things to us .

Belfast to the north of England, is it down to planes being grounded?
I have had no post since last thursday
ours usually arrives torn, and looks like has been opened...
Ronnie , as far as I know the NI mail is flown to Belfast from Liverpool airport , so if that was closed you will have been affected - you won't have had any postings from the mainland - but your local mail should still be OK - ring your delivery office to find out .
my mother has just received her Christmas card, and had to pay extra for postage, retrieve from the post office in the town, i told her she should have told them to keep it, or words that are unprintable on here.
no postman here today..
