Well, I never knew there was a law about having foil tops on sparkling wine.

Lo/no alcohol wine? What's the point? Just drink something else. 
Aren't there other things that the gov could be getting on with?

I don't know any wine drinker that doesn't check the ABV before buying

It seems that Tesco and other supermarkets are breaking the law by describing this 4% ABV Lambrusco as 'wine'.
