Where in Norfolk? The little MSN thing at the bottom of my computer tells me it's raining in my little village and it's stopping soon, looking out of the window says otherwise, no rain for weeks, maybe a bit overnight earlier in the week.

Yes it has been "spitting" ... We have not had a warning to have an umbrella to hand at all times, with a big mac(pun intended) and a pair of wellies, yet though. There is also a disappointing lack of panic on the flood warnings and fast flowing river conditions crisis agenda.

Just down the road from Norfolk, here in Suffolk, I've not noticed any rain but it's forecast from the early hours of tomorrow until around teatime.

Here in West Norfolk near Hunstanton it stopped raining about 1:30 pm and it is now sunny with fluffy clouds. Showers are forecast for tomorrow so lets hope we get some decent rain.
