Saturday. I finally got t'internet back about five O'Clock yesterday afternoon. What was wrong I have no idea.

I'm on the canal all day today, must be away at 0730. Got to pick up some eggs from the farm first.

I have friends coming to dinner tomorrow, when we set the day I'd forgotten being on the canal today, going to be a busy day, can't do any prep today, bad planning on my part. But I don't mind at all, I'll have the wee white tornado here! :o}

Spent yesterday as a grease monkey, Mrs Oz's car passed it's MOT, after a bit of work, my car is serviced.
Spent today makin sawdust, for a change ;-), last order is ready for assembly.

Tomorrow back to being a grease monkey, Master Oz's car needs attention.

Good morning all.

Oh yes. Potato soup with bacon and chives for starters, I have a boned and rolled gammon joint. I'll diamond score the skin, brush in a honey, mustard and ginger mix, slightly warmed to make it flow into the cuts better, makes lovely crackling, slow roast it and serve it with baby potatoes, buttered and minted, roast veggies and cauliflower/broccoli florette mix. A honey, orange and almond cake for pud.

Thank you. I would have been working over NY but will be home now. Whether I can enjoy it is another thing. I`m off to put the rubbish out then back to bed. Collection day is today but there is always someone who puts their's out too soon as my neighbour has done so it will be interesting to see if the foxes have raided it during the night.
