What Do You Do?????

There's a young lad that has started in our local paper shop who has B.O. very badly, It makes me sick each time (4) I go for the paper, this lad has only just started, how would you address this?

Although I should I can not do this, I think his work Colleagues should mention it.

Maybe he has a medical condition. Not many people could smell so badly that they make someone physically sick and no one mention it to them.
