I have noticed over the past few months at least that the Labour Party are pretty quiet.

Other than our resident Lefty Labour posters highlighting every nuance of actual or perceived wrong doing by Torys I haven't actually seen or heard much from Labour and perhaps more to the point Corbyn.

I am sure they have been vocal and around I just haven't noticed.

I thought perhaps they were just keeping a low profile and letting TM dig her own hole !!

Oh, I don't know. Only a couple of days ago Jeremy was fantasising about being Prime Minister next year.

The main thing that's going on at the moment is Brexit, and Labour don't really like talking about it.

I know they have been about but I just haven't noticed them in the same way as a few months ago.

Occasionally I hear Corbyn ratting on about how ineffectual TM and her government is but not the loud clamour of old.

It's odd but perhaps I have just been tuning them out lol
They may be working on the principle; "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." - Mark Twain
they don't need to oppose May at the moment, her own colleagues are doing a perfectly good job of it. Smart politics.
Labour quiet Cassa ?

Another contender for that queue outside Specsavers I see !

Have you missed Corbyn at PMQs every Wednesday perhaps ?

Of course, its true that the Tory Party is hardly out of the news these days, mainly for all the wrong reasons.
Cassa trying a wee diversion thread in chatterbank, everyone is over in news !!!!!
Anne....its the Usual Suspects favourite tactic, when the Tories are stuck in the sticky stuff....create a diversion !
Labour are in a mess over the EU too, so I think they are being a bit of a spectator.
And the Government are so absorbed by Brexit that very little other policy work is being done so there is nothing much to react against.
So Labour will pick up on any NHS bad news and talk about that.
And there is an element of Labour not really having to do much when the oppositing team is constantly scoring own goals.
Gromit...the Tories are sleep-walking into Opposition.
With respect Mikey - Rubbish!
Islay....really ?

May called an Election this June that she had no to call, and subsequently lost here working majority.

Since then, she has had to sack 3 Ministers.

So, in what direction do you think she is going then ?
Mikey, did you miss the drubbing Corbyn got from the PM in this week's PMQ's?
No Danny, I didn't, but that was before she had to sack her third Minister in 8 weeks. If PMQs had been held today, then things might have been different.

But this thread is a diversion !

By the way, it was said yesterday, that Green was, in effect, Deputy PM, so can someone please tell me who is occupying that role today ?
Mikey, apparently it is not an official appointment and there is some doubt as to whether anyone will be appointed.
Danny...oh dear....more indecision !
You wanted noise from Labour, Cassa? Bingo! Mikey's here!! :o)

If it is not an official appointment, there can't be any indecision, can there?

Naomi, empty vessels?
About right I think, Baldric.
