Who's that on your new avatar trim? (Just nosy)

It's not German it's Dutch and means tax or levy due .
. . or 'indebted'.

e.g. ik ben hem veel vershuldigd = I am greatly indebted to him
schuldig is guilty in German

Thankyou Trimeresurus. I can't put the whole phrase as I suspect it's rather personal BUT having said that, I'll add another word (or to!) 'Bedankt' and 'Aankoop'. Any luck?
bungenslider/ piston, well it amused me
Bedankt is thank you
Aankoop is purchase
My post was a folow up to Trim's, not to Shaneystar's.

However the two languages share many of the same roots.
It's Dutch not german. Try this in your address bar. www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_dutch/law_gener
