A Man goes into the doctor's office. The doctor says, "I have bad news, and worse news." The man says, "Wow, what's the worse news?" The doctor says, "You have cancer." The man says, "Oh that's terrible, what's the bad news?" The doctor says, "You have Alzheimer's." The man says, "Well It could have been worse, I might have had cancer!"
