Wouldn't bat an eyelid at the women.

I probably would give the men a second look and think fairplay to them.

Women link arms all the time. It's rare to see men linking arms in the street.

Over the years though men have got more affectionate towards each. Look at photos of lads nowadays...

I don't think it's strange.

I would have nothing against either, but linking arms is a very effeminate thing to do, so two men linking arms would provoke a second glance from me - if only to tell myself that I had seen right in the first place.

Women arm in arm.......no problem.......cus they're women and that is what women do.
Men arm in arm......yes a second look, because in my environment and in my upbringing, men don't walk "arm in arm".....that is one of the features that set men from woman.

I love to people watch, however if I'm walking I tend to look where I'm putting my feet.

In general it would depend on the situation, if they stood out from the crowd in any way - clothing for example. Either way it would likely make me smile.
