Wow that is a black sky Gness, was it Tuesday afternoon? If so, we were driving home from a garden centre in Rutland and sky was like that all around us .......... a torrential downpour when we got home, but not much thunder and lightning thank goodness. Well done for learning tinypics, someone on here told me how to use that website a few months ago. x

Thank you...following instructions does not come easily to me....never has so it's not age!
It was the scariest sky I have seen here because it was so sunny and beautiful in the distance...then over me was the biggest and blackest cloud ever....my mother would have said.....Well, it doesn't surprise me, Gness!
But there's a silver lining xx

Just had another look,
that is some front you've got there gness!
fair old doozer of a storm there - no tornadoes I guess, they say it's like hearing a train coming at you.
I love the picture, a really dramatic sky, well done.

Isn't it Beldick......;-)

Psyb......Love silver linings....DTC never been in a tornado but drove through some large twisters.....x

Tony...thought you were occupied with your own lessons!
That is fantastic......in a 'glad I wasn't there kind of way'!
As we say here in Leicestershire "Ay up me duck, it's looking real black over Bill's mothers!"
Question Author
Puss...never say that to Tony...;-)

Like Peter it's a south view which I don't really like....would like a dark sinister garden but the mistake which I made last week...more anon...is becoming dafter by the minute...:-(

Couple of weeks ago Ann...but I was caught in the storm you mention.

Thanks Marvel...amazed I could find my camera but it was too good to miss.
